I am often asked why I like my job and career, that health and safety is "boring".
Well to me it isn't boring.
People I help go by their day to day work routine often not realising that a simple adjustment or change will make all the difference.
That is where I come in. I make that small difference to that individual so that they are happier and healthier in their workplace. So that they are more productive.
We spend around a third of our lives working. Some of us more some less. We should be happy in that third.
If I can make that little difference to one person every day to help them be happy then I am happy and a success.
I don't do the job for the gratitude, but seeing the results slowly growing and expanding. That is why I love my job and my business. I am proud to be a health and safety professional.
